Our demi-fine jewellery is eligible for exchange within 1 day of delivery only if the item is unused, in original packaging, and an unboxing video is provided. Jewellery items may come with a warranty card; exchanges are allowed only for such items. Refunds are not provided.

Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carriers, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. Once a parcel is handed over to the delivery partner, the risk of loss and title passes to you.
