At Neeko.in, we are committed to delivering your orders accurately, in good condition, and always on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how and when your order will be processed and delivered.


1. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship only within India.

  • Orders are delivered to serviceable pin codes across the country via our trusted courier partners.


2. Shipping Partners

We use multiple courier services to ensure timely and reliable deliveries, including:

  • Delhivery

  • Shiprocket

  • DTDC

  • India Post (used for remote or non-serviceable areas)


3. Shipping Charges

  • FREE Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

  • For orders below ₹999, standard shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and shipping method.


4. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • You will receive an order confirmation email and tracking details once your order has been shipped.


5. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

Metro Cities 2–4 business days
Other Urban Areas 3–6 business days
Remote/Rural Areas 5–9 business days

⚠️ Delivery timelines may vary slightly due to factors such as natural calamities, strikes, or courier delays.


6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID and link will be sent to your registered email and/or WhatsApp number.

  • You can also track your order through our [Track My Order] page (link to be added).


7. COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders

  • COD is available on eligible products and pin codes.

  • All COD orders require phone call verification before dispatch.

    • If the customer does not respond to the verification call within 24–48 hours, the order may be canceled without notice.


8. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2–3 times.

  • If the delivery fails due to:

    • Incomplete/incorrect address

    • Unreachable phone number

    • Refusal to accept delivery

    The package will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin), and re-shipping will be chargeable.


9. Undelivered Packages

  • If your package is returned to us due to non-delivery, you may request a re-shipment after paying the applicable shipping charges.

  • No refunds will be issued for non-delivered or RTO orders.
