How do I know which products are eligible for exchange?
Only demi-fine jewellery items that come with a valid warranty card are eligible for exchange. Hair accessories are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Do I need to make an unboxing video?
Yes. To be eligible for any exchange claim, you must provide an unboxing video starting from the sealed package, clearly showing the product condition.

Is COD available for all orders?
Yes, COD is available. However, we verify all COD orders via phone call before dispatching. Orders that cannot be verified may be cancelled.
