Return & Refund Policy

We accept exchanges on select items within 1 day of delivery, subject to the conditions below. We do not offer refunds, and most items are non-returnable unless otherwise specified.

Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • Your item must be unworn/unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.

  • An unboxing video is mandatory as proof of any damage or issue.

  • Only demi-fine jewellery products that include a warranty card inside the package are eligible for exchange.

  • Hair accessories and other non-warranty products are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Request an Exchange

To start an exchange, please contact us within 1 day of delivery at

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear unboxing video showing the damage or issue

  • Photos of the product (if applicable)

If your exchange is approved, we’ll send you return instructions.
📦 Return shipping charges of ₹70 will be paid by the customer.

🚫 Do not ship items back without receiving confirmation — we will not accept unsolicited returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately with an unboxing video. We'll evaluate the issue and arrange for an exchange if eligible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Hair accessories

  • Items without a warranty card

  • Sale items or discounted products

  • Custom/personalized products

  • Gift cards

Refunds

We do not offer refunds. Only exchanges are allowed, as per the conditions above.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

Additional Notes

  • Exchanges will be processed only after return parcel is received and inspected.

  • No restocking fees apply.

  • Our exchange policy is applicable for India-based customers only.
